• Any degree in early childhood teaching education or related field.
• Completed training at an accredited Montessori Center.
• Additional courses in education are advantageous.
• Ability to teach children of varying ages and abilities.
• Patience, observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with students
